What a perfect afternoon! After a lovely drive in the hills I got to the studio and was welcomed by Lauren. I felt comfortable and relaxed straight away. The session itself was so much fun! Lauren is personable, friendly and professional. We found lots to chat about while she snapped away with her camera and it really was just so easy. My Rapid Fire session with Lauren was incredible! I got over 300 unedited images that literally don't even need editing! The studio space is lovely with so many different looks and props you can use plus Lauren is amazing at directing you and getting you to pose naturally and effortlessly to create incredible images. I brought my partner with me to the session so he could jump in some photos too and they are FLAWLESS! He felt so comfortable and I am OBSESSED with the images. HI I'M LAUREN, WELCOME TO MY STUDIO.

I’ve spent more than 15 years behind the camera, photographing everything from weddings and families to brands, products, and portraits.

Mindful Creatives is the studio I’ve been building for the past seven years. In 2025, I had an idea: what if mini sessions existed for business owners?

What started as a small idea has grown into Rapid Sessions, helping Adelaide business owners create professional photographs that are fun, affordable, and actually look like them.

As more business owners walk through the studio doors, Rapid Sessions continue to evolve.

Every business is different, and the service has gradually adapted to meet the real needs of Adelaide business owners: fresh content, updated headshots, website imagery, and professional photographs that are easy to organise and genuinely useful.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW.

Can I bring an outfit change?

Yes. Quick outfit changes are welcome. We recommend keeping things simple so you can make the most of your session time.

Are the images edited?

No. Rapid Sessions are intentionally delivered as unedited galleries, allowing you to receive your images within 24 hours of your session.

Is this just for one person?

Rapid Sessions can be for up to 5 people. All you need to do is book the session time that best aligns with your team size.

Can I choose the setup?

Absolutely.
You're welcome to use any furniture, props and areas of the studio during your session.
Please note that Rapid Sessions do not include pre-planning, prop sourcing or custom set construction. Any setup changes happen within your booked session time.

What can I use the photos for?

You’re licensed to use your images on your own website and social media platforms.

Use for print, resale, or by third parties (like media, PR agencies, or collaborators) is not included.

Can I use this for product shots?

Not quite. Rapid Sessions are portrait/headshot-focused. For product shoots, you can learn more here - Product Photography 

What if I need to reschedule?

Life happens.
Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for our rescheduling and cancellation policy.

How many images do I receive?

You’ll receive an average of 50 high-res, unedited images.

Do I need to know how to pose?

Not at all.
Most people who book a Rapid Session aren't comfortable in front of the camera. Throughout the session, you'll be guided on positioning, movement and expression so your images feel natural and relaxed.
