- You will have access to our services at a reduced rate*.
- You have the freedom to pick and choose what deliverables you want each month. Flexibility is key friend.

- You become a priority client, meaning super fast turn-arounds
*Casual rate $120+gst per hour – retainer rate $100+gst per hour.
The Nitty Gritty
- Payment of monthly packages is not under any circumstances refundable in whole or in part once payment is made. Monthly tasks/hours are non-transferable.
- Any unused tasks/hours in the monthly agreement expires at the end of each billing month.
- Monthly packages are billed day 1 of the new month with a 7 day payment term.
- You have freedom to increase and decrease your hours as you wish^.
- ^30 days notice is required if you would like to decrease/ pause or cancel your retainer.
